The name itself is a blend of the French words cime (peak) and roche (rock), inspired by the high-altitude Gaillac vineyards where the Mauzac Blanc grapes are grown.

The Five-Time Distillation Process: To ensure unparalleled quality and smoothness, Cîroc undergoes a meticulous five-time distillation. After an innovative cold fermentation process, the grape spirit is distilled four times in column stills before a final, fifth distillation in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still. This process removes impurities while preserving the vodka’s distinctive, crisp fruit character.
