A Marriage of Casks: This exceptional single malt is matured for a decade to create a whisky of true depth and character. The spirit spends its first years ageing in American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels, which imparts a foundation of honeyed sweetness. It is then finished in the finest Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez, Spain, a final step that bestows a rich, nutty character and a subtle sweetness. This dual maturation creates the perfect marriage of rich and smoky flavours.
